Description

The project includes the removal of existing parking lot, portions of the curb and gutter, and installation of new parking lot, drain pans, curb and gutter to include but not limited to the following: removal of contrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, and asphalt mat, adjusting water valve height; laying aggregate base course, and asphalt; pouring gutter, cur bna gutter; and marking and traffic control.

Note that CCCS is a state agency and utilizes the state eProcurement system known as ColoradoVSS as our official means of communication. Awarded vendor will be required to register with ColoradoVSS if not already registered.

Bids may be submitted electronically via BidNet Direct OR Sealed bids may be delivered prior to April 10, 2020; 10:00 AM to 700 Boston St., Denver, CO 80230, Attn: Makenna Becker/Purchasing.
