CNCC FY26-001 - CNCC FY26-001 HVAC and Potable Water Infrastructure Upgrades

This project aims to demolish and remove all existing HVAC and mechanical equipment across five buildings on the Rangely campus. The selected contractor will be responsible for designing, specifying, and installing new, modernized HVAC and mechanical systems to ensure improved efficiency, reliability, and compliance with current standards.
Colorado Northwestern Community College intends to select a Design/Build Entity who will design, manage and construct the project as described within. The process to be used in the selection of the firm is comprised of two steps: STEP I is the Submittal of Prequalification as described in Section II. STEP II is the Oral Interview/Cost Proposal as described in detail in Section III.
