CNCC FY25-002 - Blakeslee Building New Flooring

CNCC is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for contracting services to remove and install new flooring in our Blakeslee building that houses our Dental Hygiene department. The building is older and needs all upgraded flooring, excluding the bathrooms, with 352sqft of carpet tile, 5796sqft of LVP in a high traffic grade, and 300ft of cove base. The carpet and cove base areas will require tear out of existing.
Bids need to include all material and labor that would be involved with the job.
The desired begun date of removal and installation is December 14th, 2024, as this is the start of the holiday break. The required end date is January 13th, 2025. The end date must be met due to faculty and staff returning from holiday break.
