Description

In general, the successful bidder will make improvements to Woodland Park City Hall located at 220 West South Avenue, Woodland Park, CO, 80863. Submitted prices are to include all charges for administration, labor, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, unloading, insurance, permits, and equipment necessary to supply the service as listed within this Invitation for Bid (IFB). All work will be in accordance with all applicable codes and standards or practice.

Please review attached IFB documents.
Plans have been reviewed and approved by Pikes Peak Regional Building Department.
Contractor shall obtain permit and pay all applicable fees.

Working hours shall be from 5 PM - 8 AM Mountain Time
