RFP-PWU-21-163 - Standley Lake Security Assessment

In an effort to maintain the highest quality and safety of its drinking water supply, while also supporting this area as a critical recreation resource and wildlife habitat, the Cities are seeking to complete a comprehensive security assessment to evaluate existing studies, existing recreational management practices, existing water quality protection reports and practices, and evaluation of physical security of the lake. This will include a gap analysis, identify options to minimize potential risks to water quality and, by extension, drinking water infrastructure as noted in the minimum scope below as noted more specifically in the task list below.

Evaluating risk to water quality is the focus of this risk assessment. Providing a quality recreational experience is a high importance and will need to be considered in the security assessment.
