IFB-PWU-25-613 - Removal and Disposal Services for Accumulated Water Treatment Residuals

By submitting this bid, the Bidder, in compliance with the City’s Invitation for Bids (IFB), hereby agrees to perform all work in strict accordance with the IFB and Contract documents within the time set forth therein, and at the prices stated on the included submittal as totaled (the “Bid”).

The Bidder certifies that no employee or related member of its organization has discussed this IFB with any member of the City of Westminster outside of the Procurement Office, unless permitted in writing in either the IFB, Addendum or other written communication issued by the Procurement Office.

The Bidder, having thoroughly inspected the existing conditions of the Project affecting the cost of the Work and having thoroughly examined all of the Solicitation and Contract documents, together with all Addendum, other forms, attachments, and information required or otherwise submitted with this Bid, hereby offers to furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and services and to perform and complete all work required for: 

It is understood by the Bidder that should the cost of the Bid exceed budgeted funds; the City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.  Bidders must propose on the complete work scope defined in Exhibit B.

In addition, by submission of this Bid and this Certification, Bidder certifies as follows:
1.  If awarded, a Bidder understands no work shall not commence until a contract has been fully executed and the Contractor has received a City Purchase Order (PO). A Notice to Proceed is not valid unless it is accompanied by a PO.

2.  Bidder understands that the City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the Bid.

3.  The Bidder agrees that this Bid shall be good and will not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving Bids.  If awarded the project, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver a Contract in the prescribed form within ten (10) days after the Contract is presented to them for signature.

4.  The Bidder is submitting, or will submit upon request, such additional information as the City may require accordance with these Contract Documents with this Invitation for Bids (IFB).
                                                       
5.  Bidder agrees to execute the Contract in the form presented in the IFB.

The Bidder hereby agrees to be ready to execute the Contract in conformity with the Bid.

The Bidder certifies that the Bidder’s firm and each of the subcontractors employs the qualified personnel listed in the Bid; and that it is prepared to comply fully with the provisions contained in the Contract Documents.
This Bid is submitted upon the declaration that neither I (we) nor, to the best of my (our) knowledge, none of the members of my (our) firm or company have either otherwise taken any action in restraint of free competition in connection with this IFB.

The Bidder certifies that an Authorized Officer of the Firm has approved all submitted documents and has agreed to commit the Firm to the obligations proposed in the submittal.
