RFP-PRL-21-168 - Landscape Architect On-Call Contract

The intention of this RFP is to create a contract for on-call project landscape architectural services. Some firms may be suited to one type of project over another based on experience and firm design focus.  Experience in municipal landscape architectural design experience is required.  Survey, architectural and  engineering services are not solicited for this RFP, but may be included in assigned work orders.  The city is looking for the lowest cost, experienced, and best-value candidate firms, and reserves the right to contract with up to five firms for the work proposed. As particular projects arise, task-specific amendments (“Task Orders”) will be negotiated under this Master Service Agreement (See Exhibit E for a sample form).
