RFP-SN-2024-34 - Study and Design for a Consolidated Resort Shuttle System

The City of Steamboat Springs (the “City”), acting as the administrative agent for the Steamboat Springs Redevelopment Authority (the “SSRA”), seeks to contract with a qualified professional transportation engineer, software provider, mobility service operator or other firm(s) (“Consultant”) pursuant to this Request for Proposals (“RFP“) to study the feasibility of consolidating private shuttles operating in Steamboat Springs’ resort base area into a single consolidated or coordinated service; and to develop a plan to test and implement such a system (the “Project”).  This RFP will be administered by the City, with Project participation and oversight shared between the City, SSRA and the Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation (“SSRC” and together, the “Owner Group”).  There is currently no additional outside funding from granting agencies or private sources for the Project.
