BID SCHEDULE PHASE 2: Consists of constructing the prestressed concrete girder bridge, asphalt roadway and sidewalk connecting to existing Phase 1 of Park Ave (to the south) Park Ave southern waterline extension and concrete trail. All tree removal is included in Phase 2.

BID SCHEDULE PHASE 3: Consists of asphalt roadway, concrete sidewalk and utility (waterline, sanitary sewer, storm sewer) work on Park Ave
(continuing from the end of Phase 2), 2nd Street and 3rd Street. All signing and striping is included in Phase 3.
