FD09302022 - Municipal Custodial Services

The City of Golden is soliciting proposal to hire a firm to provide custodial services for sixteen (16) city facilities. The chosen firm will need to provide labor, supplies and equipment to successfully clean the facilities on a daily routine with exceptions where noted. All nightly work will be performed after the facilities working hours. Hours to begin work shift may range between 5:00pm to 11:00pm daily. Depending on the facilities operating hours and use, these times can fluctuate from shift to shift. Day porter work will be performed between 9:00am and 3:00pm at the Golden Community Center, the RV Park and the three (3) city restroom facilites. Weekly frequency of cleaning will be between five (5) days a week to seven (7) days a week depending on facility.
