There will be a mandatory pre-proposal walkthrough on Wednesday, December 17th at 10am beginning in Council Chambers at City Hall, 101 W. 8th St. At least one attendee from your firm must be physically present. We will discuss the project then proceed to the jobsite. Because this is mandatory, we will not accept late arrivals. Attendees will be asked to provide their name and their firm’s name on the official sign-in sheet distributed at the walkthrough. This meeting is mandatory.
