The City Council of the City of Cañon City, Colorado, by and through its Finance & IT Departments
(collectively referred to herein as "the City"), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather
current market information for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to serve as a core
business application for all Accounting/Finance, Utility Billing, Procurement, Building, Planning &
Zoning, and Human Resource Management functions. The City is also requesting information for the
possible inclusion and/or integration of other municipal systems including but not limited to
Municipal Court system, Cemetery management, Museum management, Public Library
management, Public Works and Utilities asset management, and project management as part of the
overall ERP system. This RFI also requests information on planning the implementation of an ERP
system.
