The project consists of a competitive Request for Bid (RFB) between a qualified contractor and Denver International Airport (DEN). DEN is issuing an RFB to obtain lot maintenance, landscaping and snow removal services at the 61st and Peña Station Plaza and Parking Lot (6195 N. Panasonic Way, Denver, CO 80249) as outlined in the boundary map (exhibit A-1). This Agreement is subject and subordinate to the terms, reservations, restrictions and conditions of any existing or future agreements between the City and the United States, the execution of which has been or may be required as a condition precedent to the transfer of federal rights or property to the City for airport purposes and the expenditure of federal funds for the extension, expansion or development of the Denver Municipal Airport System. This scope of work covers the following area: 61st and Peña Station Parking Lot (6195 N. Panasonic Way, Denver, CO 80249), and measures around 350,000 square feet, of which approximately 85% is parking lot and 15% is landscaping. 800 Parking Spaces, Associated sidewalk (surrounding the parking lot and Peña Station Plaza)
