The typical GARDI construction scope (the Project) includes removing the failing concrete panels, reconditioning and re-grading the underlying subgrade as necessary to promote correct drainage and eliminating historical issues that have promoted the differential movement in the area. In addition, all existing underground and surface utilities are replaced and relocated as necessary to support the gates operations. Utilities included are jet fuel pipe and hydrant pits, fire hydrants and supporting water vaults, storm drainpipe and manholes, sanitary sewer pipe and manholes, electrical conduit and handholes, cathodic pits and wiring, trench drains and underdrains, passenger loading bridges (PLBs) modifications, pre-conditioned air units, ground power units, and potable water cabinet units. The Consultant's scope of work is for the professional design and engineering services to develop a complete set of construction documents to construct the Project, and the associated design services during construction (construction administration). Fee structure will be established based on the actual number of direct labor hours expended (Level of Effort)
