Description

This competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a qualified contractor to rehabilitate the gate apron pavement and utilities on Gate A31W (Wide Body) at Denver International Airport (DEN) during the 2025 construction season finishing Q1 of 2026. This gate is in the Northwest quadrant of Concourse A. The scope of work will include demolition of reconstruction of the existing apron pavement and rehabilitation of underground utilities. As part of the project, existing heaving pavement will be removed, restoring positive drainage away from Concourse A. This construction schedule has been approved by DEN Airline Affairs and DEN Operations to help minimize operational impacts associated with construction.
