Description

This request is for a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) procurement to award a contract to a vendor who can provide a visual engagement platform to be branded “DEN Live Agent” for customer engagement purposes at Denver International Airport (DEN). The solution should include the software platform and associated hardware to operate the service. The service will allow customers to connect to a "DEN Live Agent" and provide a virtual face to face interaction with a DEN Customer Service Agent. The customer will be able to connect via various channels either at DEN or off site at any location around the globe. Channels should include: QR codes, links on the flydenver.com website, and vendor kiosks located at strategic locations at DEN. The Agent is able to answer airport related questions, screen share airport maps and send links to services at DEN.
