Description

This request is for a competitive Request for Qualifications (RFQ) between a qualified consultant and Denver International Airport (DEN) to form a Program Management Team (PMT). This PMT will play a critical role in overseeing the development of two major projects: a state-of-the-art Consolidated Rental Car Facility (ConRAC) and a Common Transportation System (CTS). The project involves the construction of a new ConRAC Facility aimed at centralizing rental car brands into a single facility. This facility will feature a CTS designed to facilitate convenient travel between the Jeppesen Terminal and the ConRAC facility. Key elements of the ConRAC project include the Ready/Return/Storage Garage, Idle Storage Areas, Customer Service Building, Quick Turnaround Areas, and the CTS station at the ConRAC site. The CTS project comprises the superstructure infrastructure, the CTS station located at the Terminal, and a maintenance facility for CTS. To support the construction of the new ConRAC facility and CTS, the project includes enabling work such as relocating utilities and relocating existing Airside Employee Parking facilities.
