Summary of Specifications:
The existing plaster pool finish from the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center's lap pool is to be removed and legally disposed of. Replace any broken or damaged tiles then prep the surface for a new application of Diamond-Brite. After the new finish is applied, fill the pool and chemically balance using owner’s pool chemicals prior to turning back over to the owner. See Scope of Work – Specifications and Exhibits A and B. Work can only be performed August 20 – September 1, 2012. Estimated cost $135,000. The anticipated start date is August 2012. Completion time is by September 1, 2012.
