Description

The City of Wheat Ridge is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide various insurance services including but not limited to review and recommendations to the Administrative Services Department, Human Resources Division, preparation of request for proposal for benefit plans, update information and changes in regulations concerning benefits provided to public employees, evaluation and underwriting data for any changes in benefit plans, assist and prepare packets for Open Enrollment and act as a liaison to insurers when service problems occur. The City seeks to contract with a qualified firm or individuals on a commission basis to provide insurance services as needed by the Human Resources Division.
Proposers must hold a current health and life license in the State of Colorado.

This is a commission based award, however a detailed schedule of rates is required for each service proposed, and will be considered as part of the award criteria.
At a minimum include: annual benefit and cost analysis, day-to-day service, administrative support, statistical analysis, policy analysis, legal support, on-line services and decision master warehouse-health plan analysis. You should be thorough in submitting your fees. Rates are negotiable.
