Summary of Specifications:
The City of Wheat Ridge Public Works Department seeks a qualified individual or firm to provide professional services for the preparation of an urban streetscape design along 38th Avenue between Upham and Pierce Streets. Scope of Work shall include development of alternate designs, presentations to City Council, stakeholders, and the public, and preparation of estimated costs for the various alternatives. Budget for these services is estimated between $50,000 and $100,000.
