Summary of Specifications:
Provide all labor, equipment and materials for an 8+/- acre park: Approximate quantities include: 8,400 CY of earthwork plus 4,500 CY imported fill; 42,000 SF 6” depth concrete walk and flatwork; 19,500 SF asphalt parking lot with curb and gutter; 1,200 LF additional curb and gutter roadway improvements; utility improvements including water service, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and piping an existing irrigation ditch; (3) age separated playground pits with play equipment; picnic shelters; new 280,000 SF irrigation system; new site electrical service and fixtures, see Attachment A, Specifications, Appendix 1, and Exhibits 1-7. Anticipated start date is December 2009. The final completion date is May 31, 2010. Estimated budget is $1,930.00
