Description

Provide all labor, equipment and materials for the 2017 Overlay project. Approximated quantities include: 69,000 SY full mill, 7,825 T HMA overlay, 23,000 SF modified epoxy (recess), 14,000 SF modified epoxy & 20,000 SF temp paint.
Anticipated start date is Mid-June 2017. Completion time is 55 working days plus days for bid alternates. Please note there are also several bid alternates that could potentially add 46,000 SY full mill, 6,800 T HMA overlay, 3,000 SF modified epoxy (recess), 11,000 SF modified epoxy & 20,000 SF temp paint, and 1,410 LF concrete curb and gutter.
A pre-bid conference will be held on April 20th at 11 AM, at City Hall, 7500 W. 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
