Summary of Specifications:
Provide all labor, equipment and materials for the 2016 Overlay Project. Approximate quantities include: 119,000 SY full mill, 13,250 T HMA overlay, 500 SY 10” concrete, 1,000 LF 5’3” sidewalk, 600 LF 6’6” sidewalk, 350 SY 4” concrete, 400 SY 6” concrete, 20,000 SF modified epoxy (recess), 15,000 SF modified epoxy & 20,000 SF temp paint. Cost Range is $1,250,000 to $1,500,000. Anticipated start date is Mid-May, 2016. Completion time is 85 working days. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.
