Summary of Specifications:
The City of Wheat Ridge seeks a qualified individual or firm to provide professional consultant services to update the City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan (last updated in August of 2010). Work shall include updating the Plan to include completed projects and regional connections; reflect changes in community priorities; presentations to City Council, stakeholders, and the public; and preparation of estimated costs and capital improvement plan that lays out a long germ strategy passed on priorities and funding needs.
