Provide all labor, equipment and materials: Approximate quantities include: 10,900 T overlay; 106,000 SY planing; 1,400 SY patching; 4,200 LF curb, gutter & walk; 800 LF vertical curb & gutter; 500 SY 10-inch concrete; 6,000 SF mark epoxy. Cost Range is $950,000 to $1,150,000. Anticipated start date is June 3, 2013. Completion time is approximately Sixty (60) working days. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.
