Summary of Specifications:
Provide all labor, equipment and materials: Approximate quantities include: 8,200 T HMA and 62,200 SY Milling and 2,300 SY Patching. Cost Range is $850,000.00 to $904,000.00. Anticipated start date is July 15, 2010. Completion time is approximately Fifty (50) working days. Add five (5) working days for Add Alt 1; add ten (10) working days for Add Alt 2; add five (5) working days for Add Alt 3. Add Alt 4 – 9 add two (2) working days each. It is the City’s option to select or not any alternate and in any order. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.
