241-17 - NON-POTABLE WATER RATE STUDY

Conduct a comprehensive Non-potable Water Rate Study (Study) which includes evaluating the current non-potable water rate structure, comparing to benchmarks in the industry and to structures used by water supply agencies in the Metro Denver area, and developing an alternative rate fee structure for Thornton’s consideration.  The goal of the study is to identify non-potable water rate fee structures that adequately cover the costs to provide the non-potable water to Thornton’s customers.  Thornton requires the Final Report be submitted on or before December 29, 2017.
