Description

Thornton endeavors to secure a Consultant to aid in compliance with Thornton’s Northern Water Supply Project Decree to provide Professional Consulting Services for recharge ponds. The Services provided by the Consultant shall be on an on-call, as-needed basis. The Services under this Agreement may include, but are not limited to, planning, site selection, design, construction management, compliance certification, and monitoring of the recharge ponds in the area of Ault, Colorado. These recharge ponds shall be developed in a way that meets recharge obligations, while providing environmental benefits through the development of wetland habitat and potential wetland mitigation banking.
