Description

Thornton is requesting Proposals for a Consultant/Consulting firm who will assist Thornton by analyzing and making recommendations with regards to plan structure, program design, benefits and coverage, tax savings, and appropriate funding mechanisms of Thornton’s benefit programs. Thornton also expects the Consultant to annually review and prepare summary plan documents, bid specifications as needed, as well as ensure that programs in place are in compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations.
