Summary of Specifications:
Underwater inspection, construction, and repair services on an on-call, as-needed basis. Compensation to be based on proposing firms Billing Rate Schedule when applicable, or on actual cost of work (time and materials) plus markup when applicable Billing Rates are not defined in the contract. Work may be pre-scheduled or may be on an emergency basis. Work primarily consists of repairing underwater slide gates, valves, pipe appurtenances, and possibly structures.
