Summary of Specifications:
The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of park improvements generally located on the southeast corner of Pecos Street and West 96th Avenue at Pecos Park. The Work includes demolition, grading, concrete paving, picnic shelter, site furnishings, playlot improvements, surface mounted skate components, signage, landscape (sod, seed, plant material), irrigation, and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the Work. The estimated budget for construction is $750,000. The completion date for the Project is May 31, 2014.
