Summary of Specifications:
This Project will replace approximately two thousand eighty-five feet(2,085’) of existing twenty-four inch (24”) ductile iron waterline with new sixteen inch (16”) C905 PVC waterline. The Project begins in York Street approximately one thousand two hundred fifty feet (1,250’) north of the intersection of E. 129th Avenue and York Street and continues north ending near the intersection of 134th Avenue and York Street. This Project includes modifications to an existing pressure relief valve vault located in the park on the east side of York Street approximately six hundred fifty feet (650’) north of the intersection of E. 129th Avenue and York Street. Pipeline appurtenances include combination air and vacuum relief valve assemblies and vaults and blow-off assemblies. Work for the sixteen inch (16”) diameter pipeline will include one (1) crossing of the Signal Ditch. Work will include all site preparation and erosion control, pipeline construction, installation of all associated appurtenances, site restoration, revegetation, and cleanup. Construction within paved road surfaces will be performed by open-cut trench methods. Permanent pavement patching will be required. Work includes all traffic control, road restoration, and restoration of all existing facilities and surface improvements to pre-construction conditions.
