22-057 - RFQ Architectural Consulting Services for El Centro Del Quinto Sol Recreation Ce

The City of Pueblo is soliciting proposals for architectural and consulting services for the remodel/renovation at the City’s El Centro Del Quinto Sol Recreation Center. The project includes HVAC upgrades, partial basement remodel, and emergency exit stairs renovation. The remodeling of the basement includes the kitchen and restroom facilities. The kitchen will be remodeled in order to be better utilized for cooking classes and will include new floors, renovating the walls and ceiling, and new appliances. The entire facilities HVAC system needs to be designed for renovations. The emergency exit stair renovation includes making the emergency exit stairs meet code requirements, including tread and rise regulations.

The project may be funded in whole or in part by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant funds. Consultants must fully review and acknowledge the intent to meet the Special Funding Contract Requirements.
