RFP-TB-14-019 - Operation, Management, and Promotion of OHV Facility at Honor Farm

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit qualification and priced-based proposals from interested parties for the operation, management, and promotion of an Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) riding area on the City of Pueblo’s Honor Farm Park and Open Space Property, located in Pueblo, Colorado, in accordance with all the terms and conditions addressed more specifically in Section 3 - Scope of Service. The Proposer has the option of operating OHV riding events of their choice within the boundaries listed on the Map. Such events may include, but not be limited to, motorcycle, motocross, OHV and ATV riding, etc. Proposer shall furnish all personnel, supervision, management, insurance, labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, and/or transportation, necessary to perform these services.
