In general, the successful bidder will provide all administrative oversight, supervision, equipment, labor, and materials necessary for performing a wide range of “green industry” services. Bidders should be experienced in the best practices of horticulture and should have received specialized training or be involved in specialized training programs for the proper care and management of shrubs, trees, plants, and other greenery. The services include, but may not be limited to, mowing, weed control, tree/shrub/plant care, fertilization, trash pickup, irrigation, and snow removal. Submitted prices are to include all charges for administration, management, labor, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, unloading, insurance, and equipment necessary to meet the needs of this project.
