IFB-NH-11-018 - Fire Station #4 Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
In general, this project will consist of the construction of a 12,292 square foot fire station and related site work located west of the intersection of Lake and Aqua Avenues, and other incidental items related to the construction as specified in the plans and the specifications. Contract documents may be obtained from the Public Works Department Office, 211 East “D” Street, Pueblo, CO 81003, 719-553-2295 at a NON REFUNDABLE cost of $100.00. 

Any General Contractor intending to bid on this project MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Prospective bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examination of the work site and the proposed scope of work as to the correctness of any service requested in the bid. Bidder shall not, after submission of proposal, dispute or complain of such cost estimate, nor assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work to be done.
