Summary of Specifications:
In general, the successful bidder will install 4” wide, white longitudinal pavement markings at various locations throughout the City of Pueblo. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, materials, supplies, insurance, mobilization, traffic control, etc. necessary to complete this service as indicated on the Scope of Work. All bids are subject to the conditions shown herein and must be enclosed in an envelope clearly marked with the name and number of the project.

By submitting his bid, the Contractor acknowledges that he has satisfied himself as to the nature of the work, the general and local conditions. Failure by the Contractor to acquaint himself with all the available information concerning these conditions will not relieve him from responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty of cost of successfully performing the work. Bidder shall not, after submission of proposal, dispute or complain of such cost estimate, nor assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work to be done.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any or all items covered in the Invitation to Bid, to waive informalities or defects in bids or to accept any bid as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
