RFP-NH-11-006 - Annual Fire Protection Systems Inspection Service

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Pueblo ("City") is soliciting qualifications and fee based proposals for fire systems inspection services to conform to the National Fire Protection Association’s (NFPA) annual testing requirements in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this request for testing, inspection and maintenance of fire alarms, fire sprinklers, fire backflow prevention devices, fire/smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for February 3, 2011 at 8:30 AM at the office of the Director of Public Works, 211 East “D” Street, Pueblo, CO 81003. All firms wishing to be considered must have a representative in attendance. Seating is limited and we respectfully request that each firm limit the total number of representatives to no more than two persons. Any firm wishing to submit a proposal must also attend a mandatory site visit of those fire protected (sprinkler systems) City buildings associated with this RFP on February 3 (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM) & February 4 (8:30 AM – completion) , 2011. The Attendance Roster will be checked at each site to verify field attendance.
