Summary of Specifications:
The City of Northglenn is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms (Consultant) to provide planning and engineering/transportation services to conduct a School Zone Safety Assessment in the area surrounding Hulstrom Elementary and STEM Magnet Lab schools. The primary objectives are to better understand how commuters (peds/cars/bikes/busses…ect) use the transportation network including local right-of-way (ROW) access control logistics to the school.
