The Jaycess Park project in Northglenn includes ADA-compliant restroom upgrades, a renovated scorekeeper's booth with new windows, finishes and heating, and replacement of the exterior stair with a single-run pre-manufactured stair. Improvements also include new toilet fixtures, a drinking fountain with bottle filler, updated lighting and mechanical fixtures, widened doorways, CMU infill at removed doors, and new exterior concrete foundations. Concrete slab replacement is anticipated where needed.
