Summary of Specifications:
Provision of pyro-musical display using close proximate fireworks on July 4th, 2016 as well as 2017 and 2018 to be shot off of Webster Lake, located in E. B. Rains Memorial Park on 117th and Community Center Drive in Northglenn, CO. The show should be approximately 16 to 17 minutes long. The materials and pyrotechnicians fee shall not exceed $40,000 (subject to annual appropriation).
