• Pre-bid meeting to be held on 10/4/24, 1:00 PM at the Public Works Facility, 101 Banks Place, Manitou Springs 80829.
• Deadline to present questions is 10/11/24, 2:00 PM
o Questions are to be addressed to the identified City Contacts and will only be accepted via e- mail.
• Final Addendum posted on 10/18/24
• Bid shall be submitted to the City Contacts via e-mail to the identified City Contacts no later than the Submittal Deadline 10/25/24, 2:00 PM
o There will not be a public bid opening.
• Notice of Award will be 10/29/24.
• The Selected Contractor will be required to obtain a performance bond to cover 100%of the project contract amount and 50% payment bond.
• Contractor must have an active UEI number from SAM.gov site.
• This project is subject to Davis-Bacon Wages, and American Iron and Steel requirements.
• There is no DBE requirement on this project
