Description

The City of Manitou Springs is sending Invitation for Bids for construction of Creekwalk Trail 4 along Manitou Ave. (US24E) within CDOT ROW. The project will replace and widen the concrete sidewalk on the northside of Manitou Ave. from Mayfair Ave. to Old Man’s Trail with a concrete 10’ Multi-modal trail. The concrete trail/sidewalk will have bulb outs with irrigation, removal of trees, drainage, and a set of timber stairs on the Westend to connect to the Creekwalk trail next to Fountain Creek.
