2019-83 - Pressure Washing Services at The Foundry Parking Garage

City of Loveland is requesting bids for monthly pressure washing services at the Foundry Parking Garage 250 N. Cleveland Avenue Loveland, CO 80537. Vendor awarded contract will provide pretreat & hot/high pressure wash cleaning of parking garage Levels 1-3 in the months of April thru November. Levels 4 & 5 will be pressure washed semiannually in April and October. Vendor will provide power sweeping of Parking Garage floors and power blowing of corners at all levels of the garage approximately every 30 days all 12 months of the year. Stairwells (3) will be cleaned March thru November with spot pretreat and high pressure spot detail and rinse of walls, steps, landings, and cross hatch area at each level. Please see attachment 1 for schedule. Power Washing is considered an Illicit Discharge and therefore vendor will also provide environmental service with oil booms and dikes over drains as required City of Loveland Municipal Code 13.20.130. Special consideration regarding time of day cleaning operations will begin and where crews set up equipment will need to be made for residents of the Patina Flats Apartment Complex and Marriot Hotel. Vendor will set up a schedule approved by the City so that services are performed at times when they do not disrupt normal operations or special events. City of Loveland will provide support with logistics during cleaning operations.
