The City of Loveland, Colorado (“City”) is requesting sealed proposals to provide materials testing and special inspection services for the Loveland Transit Center project.
The subject line in the email must contain the name of the bid and the company name and address should be in the body of the email
Proposals must be received electronically by the Loveland City Clerk’s Office at bids@cityofloveland.org or Loveland Civic Center, 500 East Third Street, Suite 230, Loveland, CO 80537 on or before 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time “MT”) on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened.
No bids will be considered which have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City email server. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the internet, outages of service, the City email server, or any other electronic delay. The City email server scans all emails with attachments and delays the receipt of those emails up to 4 minutes, please plan your submission accordingly.
Purpose and Background:
The City of Loveland (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services for the Loveland Transit Center construction project located at 350 West 37th Street, Loveland, Colorado. The Loveland Transit Center project consists of the construction of a regional transit/transfer center for City of Loveland Transit (COLT) with site improvements including a one-way bus loop, public parking, internal pedestrian walks, detention pond, trash enclosure, site lighting, landscaping, and signage. Notice to proceed with construction is anticipated on or about April 3, 2023.
The project is funded by the City of Loveland through federal funding requiring compliance with federal clauses contained in the RFP. The procurement, contracting, administration, and project close-out will follow the City of Loveland’s purchasing requirements.
