Proposals must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. on October 14, 2021 as noted by the electronic stamp on the message. The response subject line must be clearly labeled “Graphic Design Services for Loveland Water and Power”.
The City’s email system will receive, date, and time stamp all proposals. Proposals that are not received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City’s internal email system will not be considered. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the City’s email system, internet connections, or power outages. Please allow at least 5 minutes before time due for internal server processing. Email cannot exceed 25MG total (attachments and email content).
