Pulse intends to obtain services, on an as-needed basis, from a qualified graphic design company.
The selected Proposer will provide layout and design services for a variety of marketing communications. Each project should creatively use graphics, photography, and copy that follow Pulse’s existing brand standards and strategically strengthen Pulse’s brand. The designer should have a thorough understanding of design and production techniques, and how to balance them with marketing and communication objectives.

RFPs must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. on October 22, 2021 as noted by the electronic stamp on the message. The response subject line must be clearly labeled “Graphic Design Services for Pulse”.
The City’s email system will receive, date, and time stamp all proposals. Proposals that are not received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City’s internal email system will not be considered. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the City’s email system, internet connections, or power outages. Please allow at least 5 minutes before time due for internal server processing. Email cannot exceed 25MB total (attachments and email content).
