Summary of Specifications:
The goals for this project include analyzing the existing storm drainage system, evaluate the City’s asset inventory and management practices, identify future projects to mitigate problems and outline a management plan to meet Phase II stormwater regulations and control stormwater-transported pollutants. Proposed projects will be evaluated for cost-effectiveness as well as environmental and sustainability factors. Cost estimates will be prepared for the projects and priorities for funding assigned based on the evaluation criteria developed by the consultant and the City
