SCOPE: The primary work to be performed under this contract includes the replacement of South Pratt Parkway Bridge, site grading (within the St. Vrain Creek and adjacent lands). The bridge is being both lengthened and widened. Construction includes bridge demolition and erection, retaining walls, roadway approaches, clearing and grubbing, grading, water line relocation, electrical, concrete flatwork, erosion control, signage, storm water piping, inlets, manholes and water treatment systems, Boston Avenue reconstruction/realignment and seeding. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.

BID CONDITIONS: Contractor must be fully qualified for work requested under this bid. Contractor must have completed at least three (3) projects of similar scope and complexity to this project that were adjacent to a watercourse on an arterial roadway within an urban setting within the last seven (7) years.
