SCOPE: Currently, there are 32 known oil and gas facilities and approximately 9 miles of flow/gathering lines located within city limits. The City is seeking a professional firm to provide environmental support in the prevention, investigation, mitigation, and monitoring that is customized to each facility on an on-call, as needed basis. The awarded Consultant will be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, reporting, and the coordination of all services provided. The City intends to award one Consultant to ensure repeated accuracy, precision, and efficiency.
